Thursday, October 1 CSU application opens (close November 30) and UC applications opens (closes December 1), FAFSA/Cal Grant opens (closes March 2)
Thursday, October 22 Cash for College event, Casa Roble 6pm
Wednesday, October 28 SAT for Seniors (must sign up by September 30)
Friday, October 31 Senior Portrait deadline
Tuesday, March 2 FAFSA must be submitted to be eligible for Cal Grant
Thursday, April 22 Spring Senior Forum. Seniors will receive updates on all senior events
Wednesday May 5 Graduation Speech submissions due
Wednesday May 5 National Anthem performance tryout sign ups due
Saturday, May 8 7:00 – 9:00 pm Senior Ball – Folsom Community Ctr
Thursday, May 13 Graduation Speech & National anthem try outs, Student Union
Wednesday, May 26 Senior Awards Night - Folsom Community Ctr
Friday, May 28 Senior Send Off Rally – Large Gym / Yearbook distribution
Tuesday, June 1 Senior Finals- periods 1 and 2, regular bell schedule
Wednesday, June 2 Senior Finals- periods 3 and 4, regular bell schedule
Thursday, June 3 8:30am-10:30am, Senior Checkout/Grad practice/BBQ (Stadium)
Friday, June 4 Report at 7:30am sharp. Seniors ONLY report to Senior Square to prep for ceremony C/D Gate entrance
Friday, June 4 Casa Roble Class of 2027 Graduation Ceremony, begins at 8:30am
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST INFORMATION
We use an online system for transcripts called Parchment: Casa Roble Parchment Link
Current Students:
- The first 5 transcript orders each school year are free of charge; then a $5 fee will apply for each additional order.
- If you need an unofficial transcript, please contact Mrs. Panico.
- Please do not use your school email when creating your account, use a personal email.
- Use your full legal name
- If under 18, a parent will need to sign the consent in Parchment.
- Unofficial transcripts are mailed to the home address listed in Q in January and June.
ARC Dual Enrollment classes taken at Casa Roble HS are not automatically uploaded with term grades. It can take an extra week for the college to release the grades to the registrar.
**Seniors final transcripts may take up to 3 weeks to process.
1st – Make a Parchment account: Use your personal email & legal name
- Do not use your school email, it will not be available after you graduate.
2nd – When requesting a transcript: You can select “Send Now” or “Hold for Grades”
For current grades to be on transcript – use: “Hold for Grades”
- Final transcripts will be ready by mid June.
