Ordering Transcripts & Education Verification
For transcripts or education verification, Casa Roble uses an online service called "Parchment" to process requests.
Current students please note:
The first 5 transcript orders are free each year, then there is a $5.00 fee each order.
You will receive an updated UNOFFICIAL transcript in January and June mailed with report cards.
ARC Dual Enrollment classes taken at Casa Roble HS are not automatically uploaded with term grades. It can take an extra week for the college to release the grades to the registrar.
**Seniors final transcripts may take up to 3 weeks to process.
Parchment Instructions
You MUST complete the entire form on Parchment, including your FULL legal name used while attending Casa (Jr. II, etc.) - no nicknames or abbreviations.
When ordering, be sure to give your digital signature where it asks for one.
Class Ranking
Per Board Policy, San Juan Unified does not participate in class ranking, in part because of innumerable variations that can occur in GPA. This is in keeping with nation-wide practices.
