Early Dismissal Procedure

To improve the early dismissal process, we have created two additional options for you to request early dismissals and avoid the long wait on hold.

 *Please note: Please submit early dismissal requests 1 HOUR before your student needs to leave to avoid delays.*

1. Parents can now request an early dismissal through Q parent portal. HERE is a video tutorial on the process.

2. Parents can also email casarobleabsence@sanjuan.edu. The email must come from the parent email address in Q and include the following:

• student first and last name
• date and time of dismissal
• reason for dismissal
• if they are returning to school
• how they will leave campus
